Find answers to common questions about the Michelin Tire Reward Program.
You qualify by purchasing an eligible set of Michelin Tires from an authorized dealer during the promotional period and submitting online by the deadline. Product lines and quantity requirements vary by promotion, so always review the specific offer details at https://www.michelinman.com/deals-promotions-and-rebates or confirm with your dealer.
Rewards are issued either as a prepaid Visa Reward Card (mailed) or a Visa Virtual Account (emailed). You can choose your preferred option during submission. Virtual Accounts are typically delivered 5–14 days faster than mailed cards.
It depends on the promotion. Some offers allow purchases from authorized online retailers, while others require in-store purchases from participating dealers. Please review the promotion terms or contact customer support to confirm eligibility.
In most cases, only one reward offer may be applied per qualifying product purchase. Manufacturer rewards may sometimes be combined with dealer incentives—check with your dealer for details.
Commercial vehicle tire rebates are managed through separate programs and may have different rules. Please review the promotion details or contact our commercial sales team at https://business.michelinman.com/contact-us for business rebate options.
If you return qualifying tires after your reward has been issued, you may be required to repay the reward amount. Always check the dealer’s return policy before making a return.
All rewards are submitted online and require access to a valid email address. Online submission offers faster processing and real-time tracking. A valid receipt showing the purchase of qualifying tires within the promotional period is required.
